This is the official Privacy Policy for CORE Connect (com.lightbridgegroup.coreconnect). It applies to the current Google Play release and should be read together with any permission notice shown inside the app.
1. Developer and data controller
LIGHT BRIDGE GROUP DOO BEOGRAD-NOVI BEOGRAD (“LIGHT BRIDGE GROUP”, “we”, “us”) develops and publishes CORE Connect. Privacy questions can be sent to office@lbgroup.rs. Company identifiers: PIB 113756444, MB 21921530.
2. Data we process
- Account identifiers and authentication information.
- Profile information the user chooses to provide.
- Connections, conversations, messages, attachments and group information needed to deliver the service.
- Voice/video call signalling and operational metadata.
- Security, reliability and abuse-prevention logs.
- Purchase information if paid services are enabled.
How processing works
- Data is transmitted to provide account, messaging, calling, synchronisation and security functions.
- Microphone, camera, calendar and screen-capture access is requested at the point of use.
- Data may be processed by contracted infrastructure providers acting on our instructions.
- The app does not use advertising SDKs and we do not sell personal data.
3. Device permissions and access
Permission is requested only where needed for a feature. The user can refuse or later revoke Android permissions in device settings.
- Microphone — for voice messages and calls.
- Camera — for video calls and QR connection features.
- Read-only calendar — only if the user enables calendar features.
- Notifications — for messages and calls.
- Bluetooth — to route call audio to a paired headset.
- Screen capture — only after the Android system consent dialog for each share.
4. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal data. Information may be processed by Google Play for purchases, licensing, distribution and app updates. Connected-service data may also be processed by infrastructure providers that host or protect the service under contractual and security obligations.
5. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the type of data and service. No system can guarantee absolute security. Users should protect their device, operating-system account and any app credentials.
6. Retention and deletion
Account data is kept while the account is active and as reasonably necessary for security, legal obligations and service operation. An account deletion request removes or de-identifies associated data, subject to limited legal and security retention.

7. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or information about personal data we control. Contact office@lbgroup.rs. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.
8. Children and changes
The app is not directed to children unless its Google Play listing expressly says otherwise. We may update this policy when the app or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will remain available at this URL.
