Request permanent deletion
You can request deletion of your CORE Connect account and associated data without reinstalling the app. Send the request from the email address connected to your account where possible. We may ask for limited information to verify ownership and protect accounts from unauthorised deletion.

What will be deleted
After verification, we will delete or de-identify the account profile and associated service data controlled by LIGHT BRIDGE GROUP, including account identifiers, profile content and connected-service records, unless a limited record must be retained for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, financial or other legal obligations.
Content already delivered to another user may remain in that user’s copy where the service architecture or law requires it. Google Play purchase records are controlled by Google and are not deleted by this request.
Processing the request
Support will acknowledge the request and explain any verification or subscription step required. Deletion cannot be undone. If an active subscription exists, cancel it separately in Google Play to prevent future renewal.
